It’s a busy week at AID/WATCH with the Voices from Bangladesh Speaking Tour
fast approaching and some great exposure on the newly released RAMSI report.
I’d like to take this opportunity to introduce myself as the new AID/WATCH

excellent work AID/WATCH does.

there are serious local objections to its role and its semi-permanent nature
has brought new problems. In this report, Dr. Tim Anderson explores the
impact that RAMSI has had for Solomon Islanders and highlights the Limits of
RAMSI.

5. ARTICLE: When tax-free salaries count as aid
By Kate Wheen
Sydney Morning Herald, 27 March 2008
A major review of the three billion dollar Australian aid program, the first

4.30pm, one hour before most of Canberra departed for the four-day long
weekend. Kate Wheen explores the implications of this review for Australia’s
aid program.

Tokyo Blonde, Beau Monde - once described as a hybrid of the White Stripes
and No Doubt - and headline act The Shake Up who are crunching up the
airways daily on Triple J with their new single Home Ec.
