[Aidwatch] Celebrate AID/WATCH's 20th Birthday!

Dear AID/WATCH supporter,****

Twenty years ago, AID/WATCH was formed in a living room in Sydney by a
handful of activists concerned that Australia’s overseas aid money was
making life harder for the very people it was supposed to assist. ****

*We'd like to thank you for your support of AID/WATCH and invite you to our
birthday party on 6 September at the Red Rattler in Sydney. *

We'll be taking walk down memory lane and celebrating some of our many
successes, successes that couldn't have been possible without all of our
many volunteers, members and donors over the years.****

Celebrations kick off at 7pm, and include a keynote speech from founding
AID/WATCH member Lee Rhiannon. We've also got a handful of past and present
AID/WATCH campaigners to have a light-hearted look at some of our
highlights. And we have some amazing music lined up including the Persian
melodies of *Ember*, French swing meets bohemian jazz of *My Sauce
Good*and incredible international beats from the
*Rhythm Hunters*.****
