four-year legal battle with the Australian Tax Office, with the High Court
ruling in favour of AID/WATCH. <SPAN
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Today’s historic High Court decision on
the AID/WATCH’s charitable status is a significant win for Australian charities
who engage in advocacy and lobbying activity. </FONT></SPAN></P>
